DESCRIPTION

Single Sided, full color digital prints on white, 3/16" thick paper-faced foam board. These foam board prints are light weight and versatile for retail applications, trade shows, meeting displays and much more.

MAXIMUM SIZE: 48 x 96 inch sheet (maximum print area 47.5 x 91 inches)

PRINTED SIDES: One or Two Sides

PRINT METHOD: High Gamut 6 Color Process (C, M, Y, K, Lc, Lm)

USE: Indoor

WEIGHT: aprx. 5lb per 48x96 inch sheet

THICKNESS: 3/16"

FINISH: Extremely smooth semi-gloss finish.


SIZES & FINISHING

SIZES:

Foamboard sign can be made any size up to 48x96". can be made just about any size but below are some common size:

  • 11x14 (small counter sign)
  • 17x22 (medium counter sign)
  • 22x28 (posterboard size - fits many sign frames)
  • 24x36 (easel and table tops)
  • 36x48 (large table displays)
  • Life size cutouts
  • 48x96 (backdrops and floor standing displays)

MAXIMUM SIZE: 48 x 96 inch sheet (maximum print area 47.5 x 91 inches)

FINISHING OPTIONS:

TRIM TO SIZE: Trimmed to size. No grommets included but can be added upon request in your special instructions. Not recommended for outdoor banners.
CORNER GROMMETS: Brass Corner Grommets in top corners for hanging. For larger sizes center grommets are optional on edges longer than 30 inches.
EASEL BACK: Chipboards easel back applied to smaller sizes. Large sizes will have easel backs made of foamboard or coroplast.
LAMINATED: Boards up to 36" wide may be gloss or matte thermal laminated on one side. Lamination provides additional durability and easy wipe-off cleaning of the image side. Double sided lamination is available - please call for quote. Please note lamination may cause a very slight curving of the board. This curve may be more noticable in high humidty conditions.
LAMINATED with EASEL: Single sided lamination with easel back.

ART SPECIFICATIONS

Preferred Design Programs: Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, CorelDraw
Required File Format: Adobe PDF
Print files should be supplied as Press Ready PDF files in CMYK. Photos should be 100dpi at final size, text and line art 300dpi at final size.

Photoshop: Save a copy of your work. Make sure your color space is set to CMYK. Flatten all layers. Save image as a press quality PDF. If your work contains small text (12 points our under) we recommend using a resolution of 400DPI or 600DPI at final size.
