Mesh Banners
Our mesh banners are full color prints on a 9 oz. Mesh Banner material that is a light-weight material that allows 37% air flow-thru to reduce wind loads. Mesh banners are a more attractive alternative to standard banner with wind slits. Great for chainlink fences, building wraps, construction sites, storefornt sale signage, sprorts field fences and stadiums. Design & Print service available.
Installation service available in the Raleigh, Durham, RTP area.
SPECIFICATIONS
MAXIMUM SIZE: almost unlimited with seam welding
PRINTED SIDES: Single sided only. For double sided mesh banners, order two and install back to back.
PRINT METHOD: Eco-Solvent process (cmyk) printed
USE: Indoor or Outdoor - Fire retardant, meets NFPA 701
WEIGHT: 9 oz. (i.e. 36" x 96" = 1.7 pounds - material only)
THICKNESS: 37% air-flow
FINISH: Low Glare, Matte Finish, 1000 x 1000 denier, 12 x 12 scrim

SIZES:
Banners can be made just about any size but below are some common size:
Construction fence dimensions:
- Typical 6 foot fences uses 63" tall mesh
- Typical 8 foot fences uses 90" tall mesh
As fences and terrains can vary widely, we recommend measuring the actual installed fence/structure prior to production.
MAXIMUM SIZE: almost unlimited with seam welding
FINISHING OPTIONS:
STANDARD: Heat welded hems on all four sides and grommets approximately every two feet.
TRIM TO SIZE: Trimmed to size. No grommets included but can be added upon request in your special instructions. Not recommended for outdoor banners.
POLE POCKETS TOP & BOTTOM: 3 inch pole pockets at the top and bottom of the banner for hanging or carrying by a dowel and a bottom dowel for weight.
POLE POCKETS ON SIDES: 3 inch pole pockets on the left and right sides of the banner for stretching between two poles.
ROUGH CUT: Your banners will be cut from the print run but not trimmed for final finishing by you. Necessary white space, bleeds or pockets space should be included in your art file and your ordered dimensions.
ART SPECIFICATIONS
Required File Format: Adobe PDF
Recommended design programs: Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, CorelDraw
Print files should be supplied as Press Ready PDF files in CMYK. Photos should be 60dpi or greater at final size. Text and line art should be kept as vector art or at least 300dpi if rasterized at final size.
Photoshop: Save a copy of your work. Make sure your color space is set to CMYK. Flatten all layers. Save image as a press quality PDF. If your work contains small text (12 points our under) we recommend using a resolution of 400DPI or 600DPI at final size.

USES:
Construction fence mesh banners are a popular way to hide unsightly construction sites. Other uses include building wraps, billboards, trade shows, store or business openings, temporary signage, sale signage and all sorts of special events.
CARE:
Suitable for indoor or outdoor use in direct sunlight and wet conditions. Clean with warm water and mild soap, rinse well. Dry completely before rolling or storing. Wrinkles in banners should relax after a few hours exposed to the sun - if indoors, you may warm gently with a hair dryer to release wrinkles. Do not crush or expose to high heat.
